ReferMyHomeBiz Usage Agreement

By using the ReferMyHomeBiz web site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. ReferMyHomeBiz reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the ReferMyHomeBiz web site will be subject to the most current version posted on the site at the time of your use. Permitted Use of this Site

ReferMyHomeBiz may cancel any membership at any time and remove the profile for anyone who is operating a scam business or an inappropriate adult content website. While there may be some adult content that would be acceptable, it’ll be up to ReferMyHomeBiz to decide what is acceptable. Any complaints by members will be taken seriously and investigated. Membership Termination

We ask that all web site links be kept current and active. We do search our site for dead links and will notify members that their link is dead either by email, phone or letter. Once we have contacted the member, they’ll have 30 days to respond that they have corrected the link. If we do not hear from the member, we reserve the right to terminate the membership and remove the profile from our system. To re-activate a membership, the member will be asked to complete a new membership subscription and re-pay the subscription fee.

Image Restrictions

The uploading of inappropriate photos is prohibited either to the User's Profile Image, Photo Gallery or any other place on the website. The determination of what is inappropriate is up to ReferMyHomeBiz.com. If we deem a photo inappropriate, we'll remove it and that Member may have their account removed from the website (with no refund offered) and may also be banned from future participation with ReferMyHomeBiz if necessary.

We assume any Member who has uploaded photos has received all rights and permissions to do so.

Images you find on this website may contain listed restrictions, including without limitation restrictions as to time, manner, industry and territory of use. Your ability to access an image, audio, or video file does not in itself entitle you to use that image, audio or video file. Use of any image, audio, or video file contrary to a listed restriction is prohibited. If you do not understand or are unsure as to any restriction, you must contact ReferMyHomeBiz prior to download or use of any image, audio or video file.

Unauthorized Use

Without limitation, image, audio or video files may not be used as a trademark or service mark, or for any pornographic use, unlawful purpose or use, or to defame any person, or to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity.

You may use the ReferMyHomeBiz's logo on another site only if you advise ReferMyHomeBiz of it's use and if we request it's removal it will be immediately removed from use. To use it in printed materials or any other advertising media you'll need the approval of ReferMyHomeBiz.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReferMyHomeBiz against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (1) a breach of this Agreement, (2) the use of this website and the use of any image, audio or video file either alone or in combination with any other material, (3), your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, audio or video file, or (4) any claim by a third party related to the use of an image, audio or video file, alone or in combination with any other material.
